Order Verification and Processing Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method, all orders require a quick verification before we ship them out. Once you place an order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or a phone call to confirm your delivery address and order details. After your order is verified, it is packed and dispatched from our Lahore warehouse within 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping Rates We keep our shipping costs simple and transparent for all customers across Pakistan:

Standard Nationwide Delivery: Rs 300 flat rate for all orders under Rs 2000.

Free Shipping: You automatically qualify for free delivery when your cart total reaches Rs 2000 or more.
Delivery Timeframes Once your package is handed over to our courier partner, standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days to reach your doorstep anywhere in Pakistan. Please note that deliveries to more remote cities or villages may take an extra day or two. Weather conditions or public holidays may also cause slight delays.
Cash on Delivery Instructions To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please make sure you or an authorized person is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel. We kindly request that you keep the exact cash amount ready for the courier rider when they arrive.
